I only wish I could have “experienced” the musicians MORE!!! I missed seeing & reading Their Body Language as they so exquisitely finessed their strings with their heart and soul…. I was too dark to SEE THEM!!! I wanna see the musicians & their instruments communicate with each other….there has to be a way to KEEP THE AMBIANCE (dark, candle-lit venue) while highlighting/spotlighting the musicians and their beloved instruments!!! 🎼🎻🕯️🎻🎼❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility), Zone C (good visibility) and Balcony (good visibility). Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis within each zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the app or website (https://feverup.com/indianapolis/candlelight) before you arrive.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your own ticket, contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of your experience; contact us indicating your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed unless a flexible cancelation ticket has been purchased. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of the originally purchased event, based on availability; contact us directly to change your ticket.
What is a Flexible Cancelation Ticket?
Available on selected events, it lets you ask for a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend. No documentation is needed, and you can cancel by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts (the ticket becomes non-refundable once it's transferred to another user).
Will I get a full refund?
Yes, you'll receive a refund for the entire ticket price except the 10% fee paid for the flexible ticket option. Refunds go to your original payment method (10+ days to appear) or, if you used a voucher, you'll get a new voucher in the “Vouchers” section of the app.
How long does the experience last?
65 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show and close 5 minutes prior to the start; late arrivals will not be permitted.

Indoor, with assigned seating, at Scottish Rite Cathedral, 650 N Meridian St, Indianapolis, IN, 46204.
How do I get to the venue?
You can drive or use public transport. The closest bus stop is Illinois St & North St (Bus 18, 25 and 28).
Is there food or drink available?
There is no food or drink available, and no outside food or drink is permitted inside the venue.
Is there parking available?
Free parking is available for all guests in the main lot, located on the west side of the building; the entrance is off North Street.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, this venue is ADA compliant. Accessible seating is available in Zone C, a ramp near the main doors allows access into the building, and elevators are available to bring guests to the Theater.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Do I have to wear a mask?
We encourage all attendees to wear a mask, however this is not a requirement. This policy is subject to change.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As they are tied to the specific date and location, all Candle add-on items purchased online and picked up on-site are non-refundable and non-returnable; all sales are final.
