What are the different ticket types?
Zone A (Premium visibility), Zone B (Great visibility) and Zone C (Good visibility). Seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available at the venue; buy them through the Fever app or website before you arrive.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket before applying. Contact Fever for more information.

Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date or time up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Contact Fever and include your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed unless you purchased a Flexible Cancellation Ticket. Exchanges to another date or time are allowed up to 48 hours before the original event, subject to availability. Contact Fever to request a change.

If weather affects your experience, including a change of location or postponement, Fever will notify you by email in advance.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes. Come together with tickets for the same zone. The venue recommends arriving in good time and will do its best to accommodate you.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes. You can transfer tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost using the Transfer Tickets option in the Fever app. For help, contact Fever with your ticket ID.
Are the candles flammable?
No. The candles will be flameless for attendees' safety.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
