This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.
Programme: The Four Seasons by A. Vivaldi (Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter) and La Folia.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A (best visibility), Zone B (great visibility), Zone C (good visibility) and Zone D (okay visibility). Seating is first come, first served within each zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive.
Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Contact us with proof of needing a carer ticket; once received, we'll send you a voucher code to purchase the free carer ticket, which you'll need to show along with your own ticket to enter the venue.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of your experience; contact us indicating your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed unless a flexible cancelation ticket has been purchased. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of the originally purchased event, based on availability; contact us directly to change your ticket.
What is a Flexible Cancelation Ticket?
Available on selected events, it lets you ask for a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend. No documentation is needed, and you can cancel by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts (the ticket becomes non-refundable once it's transferred to another user).
Will I get a full refund?
Yes, you'll receive a refund for the entire ticket price except the 10% fee paid for the flexible ticket option. Refunds go to your original payment method (10+ days to appear) or, if you used a voucher, you'll get a new voucher in the “Vouchers” section of the app.
How long does the experience last?
65 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the show and close 5 minutes prior to the start; late arrivals will not be permitted.

Indoor, with assigned seating, at Resurrection MCC, 2025 W 11th St, Houston, TX 77008, United States.
How do I get to the venue?
Resurrection MCC has a free parking lot on site if you'd like to drive. There is also a bus stop in front of the facility if you prefer public transportation.
Is there food or drink available?
Food is not available. Non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages (beer & wine) can be purchased in the gathering room; we encourage guests to arrive early to enjoy drinks there, as no beverages are permitted inside the music hall.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, Resurrection MCC is ADA compliant.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Do I have to wear a mask?
We encourage all attendees to wear a mask, however this is not a requirement. This policy is subject to change.
What is “Snapshot by Candlelight”?
A paid add-on offering a unique photo experience in a specially designated area, with a printed polaroid-style souvenir (1 instant picture per purchase). Photos are taken before the event, ending 10 minutes before the show starts, so arrive at least 30 minutes early. You can also purchase it on-site if it hasn't sold out, though online buyers get priority and on-site purchases are card-only. You'll get a QR code by email for the photographer to validate, choose your picture before it's printed, and collect it at the exit; refunds aren't offered except if the experience is canceled for internal reasons, and unclaimed pictures can't be refunded or rescheduled.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As they are tied to the specific date and location, all Candle add-on items purchased online and picked up on-site are non-refundable and non-returnable; all sales are final.
