It has over 225,000 sq ft of exhibit space and uses exhibits, docents, and restored railcars and locomotives to illustrate railroad history in California and the West. Zone A (great visibility), Zone B (good visibility) and Zone C (fair visibility).

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase; you'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?

For selected events, this ticket lets you request a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. No documentation is needed. It becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user.

Is the concert indoors or outdoors, and how long does it last?

It takes place indoors with assigned seating, at the California State Railroad Museum (125 I St, Sacramento, CA 95814). It lasts 60 minutes; doors open 45 minutes before the show and no entry is allowed once it starts.

Is food served?

There will not be any food or drink at this event.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Is there parking available?

Ridesharing is encouraged. Old Sacramento City Garage is located at 125 I St, Sacramento, CA 95814. A small number of limited-term, metered parking spaces are available on the streets of the Old Sacramento Waterfront, metered from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.; these are not suitable for visits longer than 90 minutes.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your own ticket (a valid ticket is required before applying), please contact us for more information.
