What ticket types are available?
There are 6 zones, ranging from the best possible visibility to fair visibility.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase; your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
How long does the concert last?
60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show and no entry is allowed once it starts.
Where is the experience taking place, and is it indoors?
It takes place indoors with assigned seating, at Victoria Hall Sheffield (Norfolk St, Sheffield City Centre, Sheffield, S1 2JB).
How do I get to the venue?
By car: the venue is in Sheffield city centre; nearby parking includes Arundel Gate Car Park, Q-Park Charles Street and Q-Park Castlegate. By bus: the nearest stop is Arundel Gate (AG4), about a 2-minute walk, and Sheffield Interchange is a 5-minute walk. By train: Sheffield Railway Station is approximately a 10-minute walk from the venue.
Is food served?
No, there will be no food at the venue.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Is there parking available?
The venue itself does not offer parking, though there are car parks nearby (see "How do I get to the venue?").
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker by contacting us with proof of needing a carer ticket. We will then provide a voucher code to purchase the free Carer ticket, which must be shown together with your tickets at entry and purchased alongside at least one other full-price ticket. Accepted documents include middle or higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility, a Personal Independence Payment (PIP) receipt, evidence of being severely sight impaired, or a CredAbility Access Card (+1 category requirement).
