We have several zones priced based on closeness and the stage view. When you enter Real Círculo Artístico de Barcelona, the team will help you find your seat in order of arrival within your booked category.
Can we sit together if we're a group?
Of course! To sit together, it's important that you and your companions arrive at the same time and have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the concert starts, and our team will do everything possible to seat you together.
Can tickets be bought at the Real Círculo Artístico de Barcelona box office?
There is no physical sales point inside Real Círculo Artístico de Barcelona. If you want to enjoy the experience, the only authorized channel is Fever (official website and app).
What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?
The best is to arrive 30 minutes early so you can get comfortable before the concert. Doors close 5 minutes before the show begins, and late entry is not permitted once it starts, ensuring maximum respect for all.
Will there be food and drink service at Real Círculo Artístico de Barcelona?
Unfortunately, there will be no food or drink available for sale at this event.
What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?
Since we often choose historic and monumental venues for the event, the temperature sometimes depends on the outside weather. We recommend dressing appropriately for the time of year to ensure a comfortable and pleasant evening.
Is there a dress code for Candlelight concerts?
No need to dress up; the vibe is casual and relaxed. The main thing is that you wear a comfortable outfit to fully enjoy the candlelight experience.
How long does the experience last?
The Candlelight: The Best of the 80's in Barcelona lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
Can I leave the venue during the performance?
Unless it's an extreme necessity, we appreciate that you remain seated so that you and the other attendees can enjoy the concert to the fullest.
Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?
We take your safety seriously, so we use last-generation LED candles. They imitate traditional candles without using real fire, eliminating any risk and without generating heat.
Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone should remain silent during the show. You will be able to immortalize the moment with photos and videos without flash during the last song, once the musicians give the okay.
Where can I find my tickets for Candlelight: The Best of the 80's in Barcelona?
You can find them in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on Google Play and Apple App Store) using the same account as the purchase, or in your purchase confirmation email along with your access QR code. There's no need to print your tickets as they are completely digital.
Can I transfer or send my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It's as easy as clicking "Transfer tickets" in your Fever app ticket. Contact us if you need additional help, and be sure to include your ticket number.
Can tickets for Candlelight: The Best of the 80's be gifted?
Of course! Gift Candlelight by buying a Gift Card for them to select their preferred show and time. If you already have a fixed-date ticket, share it as a gift by clicking "Transfer Tickets" in the Fever app.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. What is "Candlelight Photo"?
Enjoy a special photography experience in our decorated Real Círculo Artístico de Barcelona area with this pack. You'll take home an instant photo printed with the classic Polaroid touch.

If there are still places available, you can buy your Candlelight photo on the day of the concert at Real Círculo Artístico de Barcelona using a card. Remember that priority is given to those who bought the add-on online when purchasing their tickets.
When should I arrive to have my photo taken?
Try to arrive 30 minutes early to ensure your photo session goes smoothly. Photos are always taken before the event, and the space will close 10 minutes before the start.
When will I receive the photo?
You'll have the chance to choose your favorite photo in the moment. Our team will print it throughout the concert and you'll be able to collect it comfortably when you leave, as it's not possible to keep it for later.
Where do I have to go to have my photo taken?
The photo spot is inside Real Círculo Artístico de Barcelona, and our staff will guide you there. If you have any questions, they'll be happy to assist you.
What does the "Pack of 3 candles" include? Are they real?
This set includes 3 LED candles that perfectly imitate the movement and warmth of a traditional candle. Being fully electric, they are ideal and safe for enhancing any space in your home.
What is the "Pack of 3 candles" pickup and return policy?
Come pick up your online purchase during the event. Since the "Pack of 3 candles" is prepared exclusively for that date and venue, sales are final and no refunds are offered.
