Es war wunderschön! Die Atmosphäre allgemein mit die Kerzen, dieser Raum vom Hotel hat auch schön dazu gepasst aber vor allem der Pianist Giorgos Fragos der so unglaublich schön am Klavier gespielt hat!👏🏻 Atemberaubend… Leider vergeht eine Stunde viel zu schnell aber ich persönlich würde es mir immer wieder anschauen bzw anhören. Ich werde es weiter empfehlen! Schöne Geschenk Idee egal ob für Paare, Freundinnen, Eltern…

Es war ein wunderschöner Abend mit bewegender Musik. Das Ambiente war so schön. Es war bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal. Ich kann es nur empfehlen, wenn man etwas Besonderes erleben möchte. Danke für diesen schönen Abend.

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Log in using the same method you used to make the purchase; your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

What ticket types are available?

There are tickets for zone A, B and C.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the start of the experience. Please contact us with your ticket ID. A refund is not possible under any circumstances with this option.

What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?

For selected events, this ticket lets you get a full refund if you cancel up to 48 hours before the experience starts. It stops being refundable once transferred to another user. No documents are needed to request it.

How long does the concert last?

65 minutes. There is no interval. Doors open 30 minutes before the start; latecomers cannot be admitted once the concert has begun.

Is the concert indoors or outdoors?

It takes place indoors with assigned seating, in the Richard Wagner Saal at Le Méridien Grand Hotel Nürnberg (Bahnhofstrasse 1-3, 90402 Nürnberg).

Is food or drink served?

Drinks are available for purchase, but they may not be taken into the hall. Bringing your own food or drink is not allowed.

Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?

Unfortunately, no animals are allowed at this venue, not even service dogs.

Is there parking available?

No, the hotel has no parking of its own and parking directly outside is not allowed. There is a paid car park at the main train station opposite.

Is there an age requirement?

Yes, all guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Yes. Guests who need support during the experience are entitled to a free ticket for their personal assistant. After purchasing your own ticket, contact us with supporting documentation so we can provide you with a voucher.

Does the venue have disability access?

What is "Candlelight Photo"?

An optional add-on: a photo shoot in a dedicated area, with a printed Polaroid-style instant photo as a keepsake. It can be added at the venue while stock lasts (card payment only, no cash), with priority given to guests who book it online together with their ticket.
