About the Chefs
- Alberto Ferruz - 3 Michelin Stars:
Born in Cariñena (Zaragoza), Alberto Ferruz began his culinary journey at the age of 12 by assisting a relative at their restaurant, La Bodega. He trained at various kitchens, including that of Martin Berasategui, where he spent more than three years before becoming the head chef of the gastronomic restaurant at the Marriott hotel in Dénia. - Borja Susilla & Clara Puig - 1 Michelin Star
This young couple of chefs in their twenties come from Jávea, a picturesque Mediterranean town where everyone knows each other and time seems to stand still. They gained a deep understanding of the local suppliers through their experience at Quique Da Costa's gastronomic temple in Dénia. - Charito Cruz Cobos - Traditional Smoke Kitchen (Oaxaca)
Charito Cruz Cobos, also known as "Charito" by her loved ones, is the reigning queen of cochinita asada, the dish that symbolizes the Cuenca del Papaloapan region. At 53 years old, she not only inherited the recipe from her Cuban grandparents, but also witnessed how her father's offer of the dish at her baptism party made it famous in Chiltepec.
