There are three ticket types: zone A, zone B and zone C, based on visibility.

Can I change my ticket?

Yes, subject to availability you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the start of the experience by contacting us with your ticket ID. Outside of the Flexible Refund Ticket option, no refunds are permitted.

What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?

It's a special ticket, available for selected events, that lets you request a full refund, with the only exception being the 10% fee paid for this option, if you cancel up to 48 hours before the experience starts. It stops being refundable once transferred to another person.

How long does the concert last?

Around 65 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start and no entry is allowed once the concert has begun.

Is the concert indoors or outdoors?

It takes place indoors with assigned seating.

Is food or drink served?

No, no food or drink will be served during the experience.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Is parking available?

There's no parking at the venue itself, but there are several car parks nearby.

Is there an age requirement?

Yes, all guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a free ticket for my carer?

Yes. Guests requiring assistance during the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their personal assistant, once they have purchased their own ticket, by contacting us with supporting documentation.
