FAQs Frequently asked questions
How does seating assignment and zoning work?
Tickets are divided into sections with rates that change based on location and visibility. Once you're at La Casa de la Luz, our team will assign you a seat on a first-come, first-served basis within the category you booked.
Can we sit together if we're a group?
Of course, it's totally possible to sit together. To do this, you need to arrive at the same time and have tickets in the same category. We recommend coming at least half an hour before the show to make it easier for the team to assign your seats.
Can tickets be bought at the La Casa de la Luz box office?
We're sorry, but there will be no ticket sales at the entrances or the La Casa de la Luz box office. To avoid missing out, get your ticket online through the Fever app or our official website.
What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?
It's best to come at least 30 minutes early to sit down calmly. Remember, doors close 5 minutes before the show starts, and if the concert has already begun, you won't be able to enter. We want to ensure the best experience for everyone!
Will there be food and drink service at La Casa de la Luz?
Unfortunately, there will be no food or drink available for sale at this event.
What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?
As these concerts take place in unique historic spaces, the indoor temperature of the venue goes hand in hand with the season. We recommend opting for layers or clothes suitable for the season to ensure you stay comfortable throughout the show.
Is there a dress code for Candlelight concerts?
Forget strict dress codes. We recommend a casual outfit so you can enjoy the live music in total comfort and without complications.
How long does the experience last?
The Candlelight: Tribute to Ludovico Einaudi in Murcia lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
Can I leave the venue during the performance?
It is not allowed to stand up or leave the venue during the performance, except in case of an emergency, out of consideration for the audience and the musicians.
Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?
For your total peace of mind, we only use LED candles at our concerts. They achieve that characteristic flicker of a real flame but without actual flames, eliminating risks and without emitting heat.
Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Keep your device on silent during the event. You can only capture photos and videos (always without flash) in the final piece when the musicians signal you from the stage.
