Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play). Log in using the same method you used to purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket or get a refund?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts (contact us with your ticket ID). Refunds are not allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost by clicking "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the app.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts approximately 65 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start, and latecomers cannot be admitted once the show has begun.
Is the concert indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Is food or drink served?
There will be a bar where you can buy drinks before the show starts. You may bring your drink into the hall, but the bar closes 5 minutes before the start and nothing can be purchased once the concert has begun.
Is parking available?
Yes, parking is available near the venue and on the street.
Is there an age requirement?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
If you need assistance throughout the experience, you're entitled to request 1 free pass for your personal assistant. Once you've purchased your ticket, please contact us with supporting documentation.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the venue is accessible for people with reduced mobility.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within your purchased zone. If you arrive late, you won't be allowed in, out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience.
What happens if weather conditions affect the event?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), we'll notify you by email in advance.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early.
Are the candles a fire hazard?
No, for safety reasons all candles used during the concert are flameless.
