Doors open before the concert and close shortly before it starts. Late entry is not permitted, so we recommend arriving early.

About the venueSheffield Cathedral
Sheffield Cathedral is one of five Grade I listed buildings in the city. Construction of the earliest section of the cathedral dates back to c. 1200, with the newest construction completed in 1966. The building is an unusual mixture of medieval and modern architecture.

What are the different ticket types?
Premium (first row), Zone A, Zone B, Zone C and Zone D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website prior to arriving at the event.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances; for more information, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts approximately 60 minutes.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts, in order to be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. Latecomers cannot be admitted once the concert has started.
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
This is an indoor venue with assigned seating.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Sheffield Cathedral, Church St, Sheffield City Centre, Sheffield, S1 1HA.
Is there food served?
No food will be served, however there will be a fully-stocked bar.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Is there parking available?
There is a public car park within approximately 200m, called Campo Lane.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes. Guests requiring assistance are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant or Support worker (a valid ticket is required before applying); please email us with proof of disability, such as: Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility, a Personal Independence Payment (PIP) receipt, evidence of being severely sight impaired, or a CredAbility Access Card (+1 category requirement).
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, and without flash, as indicated by our musicians. Your phone must remain on silent mode for the entire performance. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in the case of an emergency.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Simply click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, please contact us, indicating your ticket ID.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
What happens if the weather conditions do not allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), we will notify you by email in advance.
Are the candles flammable?
No, for the safety of all attendees, all candles used are flameless.
