Come and learn the basics and secrets of the art of sushi making. In this fun, hands-on cooking class, you'll learn all the skills you need directly from a professional chef! Learn to prepare the perfect sushi rice, select the fresh ingredients properly, and master the art of rolling. Prepare 3 types of sushi rolls including spicy tuna Temaki, California, and a Futomaki vegetarian roll. Taste your creations at the end and feel free to bring your own sake, wine or beer from home.
