The events have different schedules:

Brunch on Saturdays: 12 PM Mass, 1 PM Lunch, 2:45/3 PM Guided Tour
(Yes, it is a real lunch despite the name Brunch)
Brunch on Sundays: 11 AM Mass, 12 PM Lunch, 2 PM/2:15 PM Guided Tour
The tour takes approximately 2 hours. Come with comfortable shoes; there are 240 steps

Dinners: 5 PM Check-in, 5:30 PM Start of Guided Tour, 7:30 PM Musical Concert, 8:30 PM Dinner in the Church Upper Hall
(An elevator is available for the Dinner Hall; other areas are accessible only by stairs)

Description (Brunch & Tour) Optional Mass Before
The program goes beyond just “sit, eat, and leave.” The goal is to ensure a unique gastronomic experience that doesn’t end there; art and culture permeate the entire event. It starts with Mass at 11 AM on Sundays or 12 PM on Saturdays. After Mass, which is not mandatory but an invitation, everyone proceeds to the upper halls of the church to enjoy a brunch menu signed by Chef Gil Gondim, a banquet specialist with a strong Italian influence and comfort cooking.(An elevator is available for this area)
There are more than twenty gastronomic options, all unlimited. Included drinks: wine and sparkling wine, juice, and soda. Finally, guests will have an immersive guided walking tour of the entire Cathedral, accessing areas not available to the general public, where they can explore the presbytery, the Crypt, the central nave, the tower, and the dome of one of the largest neo-Gothic temples in the world.(The complete tour involves many stairs, 240 steps divided into 3 stops; comfortable shoes are recommended, and heels are not advised)

Description (Concert & Dinner) Everything Begins with the Guided Tour at 5:30 PM
Start with a guided tour of the Cathedral Dome. From 5 PM, we begin check-in, and at 5:30 PM, we start the guided tour. With some luck, enjoy a beautiful sunset with a panoramic view of the city’s heart. Then, revisit the location’s history through the Dutch bells installed in the 1960s. Back inside the Church, there will be an explanation of the Cathedral’s history, architectural aspects, and curiosities. We also visit the Crypt and the altar. After that, there is a concert featuring classical, sacred, and contemporary pieces performed by the Luther King Choir, which, for over 53 years, has preserved the legacy of its great master, Maestro Martinho Lutero Galatti. To end on a high note, the Cathedral’s annex halls await you for a wonderful candlelit dinner with included drinks (wine and sparkling wine). The event also supports the Missão Belém project, offering a special dinner to the homeless population with the same menu served at the dinner.
