We'll then send you a voucher code to purchase the free carer ticket. Each carer ticket must be bought alongside at least one other full-price ticket, and both must be shown to enter the venue.

No, tickets aren't sold at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com/belfast) before arriving at the event.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within your zone. The concert begins on time, and if you arrive late, you won't be able to enter once it has started.

An optional photo experience in a dedicated area, where you'll receive one printed Polaroid-style photo as a souvenir. It can be bought online with your ticket (given priority) or, while stock lasts, onsite by card only (no cash accepted). Your photo is taken before the concert (the photo session ends 10 minutes before it starts, so arrive at least 30 minutes early); you'll choose your picture before it's printed during the show and must collect it at the exit — photos can't be kept for later, and there's no refund if you leave without collecting yours.
