The Oratorio di San Filippo Neri in Bologna is a restored late Baroque religious structure in the center of Bologna. It is located on Via Manzoni. The Oratory was built from the sacristy of the adjacent church of Madonna di Galliera. This church is now called Chiesa dei Filippini Madonna di Galliera and Filippo Neri.

What ticket types are available?
Front Row, Zone A (excellent visibility), Zone B (good visibility), Zone C (average visibility) and Zone D (limited visibility).
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on Google Play or the App Store): log in using the same profile you used to purchase. You'll also find a PDF with a barcode in your confirmation email. Tickets aren't sold on site — they must be bought through the app or website before you arrive.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the event starts by contacting us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge: just send them the PDF with the barcode you received by email. For any questions, contact us with your ticket ID.
Do I need to buy a ticket for my carer/companion?
Guests who need assistance are entitled to a free ticket for their companion. Contact us with a document certifying the need for an assistant, and we'll provide you with a code to purchase the free ticket. You'll need to show both tickets along with the documentation to enter the event.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
How long does the experience last?
About 65 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts.

Indoors, with assigned seating.

How do I get to the venue?
About a 5-minute walk from the historic centre; the venue is accessible by public transport.
Will food be available to purchase?
Unfortunately not — no food or drinks will be available.
Are animals allowed?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does the venue have disability access?
Yes, the venue has access for people with reduced mobility.
Is there parking on site?
Unfortunately not — the venue does not have on-site parking. We recommend getting there by public transport or other sustainable options.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
What's the concert etiquette?
Your phone must stay on silent mode for the entire performance, and out of respect for the musicians and audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts — seats are assigned based on your zone and arrival time. The concert will start on time, and latecomers won't be admitted.
What happens if weather conditions don't allow the event to take place?
If weather affects your experience in any way (a change of venue or postponement), we'll let you know in advance by email to the address linked to your Fever profile — remember to check your spam folder too.
