Viva la Vida" Daily Menus

• Ranch menu:  "scrambled eggs" of tofu with tomato, onion, peppers. Served with beans and cajun potatoes with sour sauce and cheddar cheese. Choose between a bowl of salad or cream of the day or gazpacho in summer. Drink, dessert or coffee. 
• Salad menu: complete, balanced and Super Healthy. Quinoa salad, zucchini papardelle, sweet and sour red cabbage, carrot, lettuce, lamb's lettuce, cherry tomatoes, apple, seed mix and sprouts. With orange and soy vinaigrette. Accompanied with cream of the day or gazpacho in summer. Drink, dessert or coffee. 
• Burger Menu: delicious Viva Burger special for the menu with our meat*, sauce and homemade bread, lettuce, tomato, grilled onion, pickles and alfalfa sprouts. Accompanied by wedge potatoes and a bowl of salad or cream from  in winter/ gazpacho in summer. Drink, dessert or coffee.  
• Burrito menu: usuculent burrito of Chilaquiles de Totopos de maíz with salsa verde, frijolitos, shitake carnitas, cheese and sour sauces, and pico de Gallo. Accompanied by wedge potatoes and a bowl of salad or cream of the day in winter or gazpacho in summer. Drink, dessert or coffee.
