Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play): log in using the same method you used to purchase. The QR code is also included in your confirmation email.

Can I change the date or time of my ticket?

Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the experience starts by contacting us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?

For select events, a Flexible Refund Ticket is available, allowing you to request a full refund (no documentation required) by contacting us at least 48 hours before the experience starts. The ticket is no longer refundable once transferred to another user.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your ticket to any other Fever account at no extra cost by tapping "Transfer tickets" in the app. For help, contact us with your ticket ID.

How long does the experience last?

Around 65 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it has started.

Is the experience indoors or outdoors?

Indoors, with assigned seating by zone.

Will food or drinks be available to purchase?

No, food and drinks cannot be purchased on site.

Is there parking on site?

No, the venue does not have parking available.

What's the age requirement?

All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Do I need to buy a ticket for my carer/companion?

Guests who need assistance during the experience are entitled to one free companion pass. After purchasing your own ticket, please contact us with the necessary documentation.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, but it can only accommodate one wheelchair at a time — we recommend contacting customer service in advance to arrange assistance.

What ticket types are available?

Zone A (excellent visibility), Zone B (good visibility) and Zone C (good side visibility).

Can I sit near my friends?

Yes, if you arrive together and all hold tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed, except for service animals.

Are the candles real?

For guests' safety, all candles used during the experience are flameless.
