Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.

What is "Snapshot by Candlelight"?

It's an optional paid add-on: a photo experience in a specially set-up area, with a printed polaroid-style souvenir (1 instant picture per purchase). Your photo is taken before the concert — the photo experience ends 10 minutes before the show starts, so arrive at least 30 minutes early. Pictures are printed during the concert for collection at the exit; they can't be kept for you afterwards if you forget them. It can also be bought at the venue (card only, subject to availability), but online buyers get priority. Refunds for this add-on are only given if it's cancelled by Fever for internal reasons.
