Description
There is nothing quite as delicious as fresh pasta! With only a few simple ingredients, you will make delicious pasta with your own hands. In this hands-on class, you will learn the traditional techniques for crafting delicate tagliatelle pasta from scratch. Our expert chef will guide you through mixing, kneading, and rolling the dough to achieve the perfect consistency. You will also learn the proper cooking techniques needed to achieve al dente perfection. While your pasta rests, the chef instructor will demonstrate how to prepare a velvety spring green Soubise sauce—a vibrant twist on the classic French soubise.

No experience is necessary! Our events are casual, fun, and instructive. The only requirements are a positive attitude and a love of good food. The venue offers delicious cocktails and wines for purchase that pair perfectly with the dinner you and your friends will prepare. Drinks are not included in the ticket price. We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which can easily be found at local markets if you do not already have them in your home kitchen.
