Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts, subject to availability. Get in touch with us quoting your ticket ID.

Are refunds allowed?

No, refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before your experience starts by contacting us with your ticket ID. For more information, please refer to our T&Cs.

What different ticket types are available?

Premium (Front Row), Zone A (Excellent Visibility), Zone B (Fair Visibility) and Zone C (Good Visibility). Please note that Zone C seating has better visibility than Zone B seating.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Nottingham Contemporary is centrally located in Nottingham City, on the edge of the historic Lace Market. It's accessible by tram and bus, with the nearest stops on Fletcher Gate. If travelling by car, the nearest public car park is Lace Market (postcode NG1 1QE).

Is food or drink available?

No food is served, but there is a fully stocked bar for refreshments.

Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, Nottingham Contemporary works hard to make the venue accessible to all. Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed except for service animals.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.

Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap 'Transfer Tickets' on your ticket in the Fever app. For extra help, contact us with your ticket ID.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start time so you can be seated within your purchased zone. The concert starts on time, and if you arrive late, out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be allowed to enter.

Can I take pictures or use my phone during the performance?

Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.

What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?

If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), we'll notify you by email in advance.

Are the candles real?

For everyone's safety, all candles used are flameless.
