If exchanged, you'll receive a voucher of equal value, redeemable only for the same experience you originally booked.

This optional package offers a unique photo experience: you'll be photographed in a specially designated area and receive a printed Polaroid-style picture as a souvenir (1 per purchase). Photos are taken before the concert (the photo experience ends 10 minutes before it starts), so arrive at least 30 minutes early. You'll choose your picture before it's printed and can collect it at the exit — please make sure to collect it before leaving, as we can't retain pictures or offer a refund or reschedule if you forget (refunds only apply if the photo opportunity is canceled for internal reasons). Photos can also be purchased at the venue (card only, subject to availability), though guests who book online in advance get priority. You'll receive a QR code by separate email, which the photographer will validate on-site.

Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As they're tied to the specific Candlelight date and location, all Candle add-ons purchased online and picked up on-site are non-refundable and non-returnable — all sales are final.
