Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same email address used to purchase. The QR code you'll need to show on the day of the concert is also included in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the originally booked start time of the concert. Please contact us with your ticket ID to do so.

Are refunds possible?

Refunds are only granted if you purchased a flexible, cancellable ticket (see below).

What is a flexible, cancellable ticket?

Available for selected events only, this ticket lets you request a refund or exchange if you decide not to attend the experience, up to 48 hours before it starts, with no documentation required — unless the ticket has been transferred to another user, in which case it becomes non-refundable. If refunded, you'll get the full ticket price back minus the 10% fee paid for the flexible option; if exchanged, you'll receive a coupon of equal value, redeemable only for the experience you originally booked.

If you need assistance throughout the experience, you can request a free pass for your carer by filling out this form and sending us the relevant supporting documents.

Is there a minimum age to attend this event?

This event is reserved for people aged 8 and up. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

The concert takes place at Maison de l'Océan, 195 rue Saint-Jacques, 75005 Paris.

How do I get there?

The venue is very well served by public transport; make sure to arrive at least 20 minutes before the concert starts. Metro: line 7, Place Monge stop; line 10, Cardinal Lemoine stop. RER: line B, Luxembourg stop. Bus: lines 21, 24, 27 and 38, Luxembourg or Musée et Institut Curie stops.

Is there parking nearby?

Yes, there are several underground car parks nearby, including Parking Indigo Paris Soufflot Panthéon, 22 Rue Soufflot, 75005 Paris.
