Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, logged in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 24 hours before the experience starts. Please contact us with your ticket ID to do so. No refund is possible under any circumstances.

Are refunds available?

For selected events, you can book a ticket with flexible refund. This lets you get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts, with no documentation required. Please note this ticket is not refundable if it has been transferred to another user.

What ticket types are there?

There are tickets for Zones A, B, C and D. Seating within your booked zone is on a first-come, first-served basis on arrival.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must meet the minimum age requirement for this event (8+). Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Where does the experience take place?

The experience takes place at Auferstehungskirche München (Gollierstraße 55, 80339 Munich). As the venue can be cold during the winter months, we recommend wearing warm clothing.

Guests who need support throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. After purchasing your ticket, please send us the relevant supporting documents; once received, we'll provide you with a voucher to purchase the free carer ticket on the Fever app (subject to availability). Please show both your regular ticket and the carer ticket at entry.

What is "Candlelight Photo"?

"Candlelight Photo" is an optional add-on: you'll be photographed in a dedicated area and receive a printed Polaroid-style photo as a keepsake. The photo session usually takes place after the concert, and you'll receive a separate QR code by email to confirm your booking. Photos can also be purchased on-site (card payment only) while stock lasts, though guests who book online are given priority. Be sure to collect your photos before leaving the venue — refunds or rescheduling are not available once you've left.
