Our child an us throughly enjoyed our time. Would go again! Recommend

My 3 grandchildren, ages 2, 4 and 6 all loved this experience & asked if they could go again. The large ball pit was where we spent the most time. The adults loved it as well!

No, printing is not needed. You'll find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (log in with the same method used to purchase); your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. To make a change, contact us through support.feverup.com with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
