Un baño de sonido es una sesión inmersiva de sanación con sonido y meditación. Se llama "baño" porque utiliza ondas sonoras que te "bañan" para relajar, restablecer y rejuvenecer tu cuerpo y tu mente. El practicante experimentado te guiará a través de este viaje transformador bajo la tranquilizadora luz de cientos de velas. - This is the first time I tried anything like this at it was great! A really calming atmosphere and great way to try and relax the mind. I would have given this 5 stars except we were lying near that door that was connected to the cafe and it was really distracting to hear lots of screaming kids. That area needs to be sound proofed in order to get the full experience as we feel like we only experienced half of it.
