There is no parking at First Baptist Church itself, but there is free parking on both sides of Lisgar Street on weekends and evenings. Parking in the City Hall parkade across the street is available on weekends for $2.

Yes. The venue entrance has no stairs, and there is an elevator to the performance space and to the accessible washroom.

Guests who require assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. Once you have purchased your ticket, contact us with supporting documentation, such as an Access 2 Card or another document depending on your needs.

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For extra help, contact us quoting your ticket ID.

Your phone must stay on silent mode throughout the performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you cannot leave your seat except in an emergency.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert starts on time and the audience must already be seated. If you arrive late, you will not be allowed to enter, out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience.

No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.

This optional paid add-on lets you have your photo taken before the show in a dedicated area and receive a printed polaroid-style souvenir (1 instant picture per purchase). Photos can also be bought at the venue subject to availability — online buyers get priority, and on-site purchases are card only. Your photo is taken before the concert (the photo session ends 10 minutes before it starts), so arrive with enough time; you'll pick your favourite shot and collect the printed picture at the exit, as pictures can't be kept for later collection. Refunds are only given if the add-on is cancelled for internal reasons.
