Description
Come and learn the basics and secrets of the art of rolling sushi. In this fun, hands-on cooking class, you'll learn all the skills you need directly from a professional chef! Learn to prepare the perfect sushi rice, select the fresh ingredients properly, and master the art of rolling. Prepare 3 types of sushi rolls including Spicy Tuna, California, and a special veggie roll featuring mango, cucumber, avocado and fried shallots.
