Come and learn the basics and secrets of the art of sushi making. In this fun class, you'll learn all the skills you need from a professional chef! Prepare the perfect sushi rice, select the right type of fish, and the best ingredients. You’ll be making three types of roll: Tuna or Salmon, a California Roll, and a "Catch of the Day" which will make use of fresh, locally sourced fish and sustainable ingredients.
