Description
On Fridays and Saturdays only, this tour route will bring you through the Haymarket Market, the oldest outdoor market in the country, where you'll enjoy meet-and-greets with a few vendors, and, depending upon availability, will sample exotic produce. After that, visit the Boston Public Market, which houses up to thirty-five local/regional food vendors. Here, you'll enjoy a traditional New England doughnut, award-winning ice cream, one of Boston's best lobster rolls, nationally-recognized smoked fish, multi-award-winning chocolates, and flavored roasted nuts. Indulge in an iconic chowder lunch at a historic restaurant that Forbes has recognized as one of the world's Top Ten Classics. After a hearty lunch, you'll visit the North End, where you'll experience two hidden gems: a three-time Best of Boston Bread Bakery, and a salumeria that was featured on the Travel Channel's Zimmern's List, as well as the Food Network's Best Thing That I Ever Ate. Lastly head to the final stop: A well-known bakery (institution, really) whose cannoli appears on Thrillist's top 50 must eats in Boston. You didn't think you'd be allowed to leave without one, did you? Get your tickets now and don't miss out!
