Description
As is tradition in the Mediterranean, in this hands-on cooking class you will learn the art of creating a vibrant and healthy array of light bites that make for the perfect appetizers or first course of any party. Your wonderful Chef Instructor will guide you through the steps of making stuffed dates with goat cheese and almonds wrapped in prosciutto, mini Spanikopita (Greek Spinach Pie), and Catalonia style tomato bread.
