Ein unglaublich schöner Abend mit wunderbaren MusikerInnen, charmanter Begleitung und sehr stimmigen Ambiente. Herzlichen Dank für diesen Genuss! Wir haben gerade ein weiteres Candlelight Konzert für die ganze Familie gebucht.

Es war Traumhaft. Rundum ein einzigartiges Erlebnis. Die ganze Stimmung mit dem Kerzenschein und den wunderschönen Klängen wird für mich unvergesslich sein. Ein riesen Kompliment an alle beteiligten. Ich komme gerne wieder an ein Konzert. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the App Store or Google Play). Log in with the same method you used to purchase — your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 24 hours before your experience starts. Contact us with your ticket ID to arrange this.

Can I get a refund?

Standard tickets are non-refundable. Only guests who purchased a Flexible Refund ticket can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the experience starts and receive a full refund — no supporting documents needed, just get in touch with us.

What ticket categories are available?

There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D.

Can I book a ticket for my companion?

Guests who need support throughout the experience can apply for a free companion ticket. Purchase your own ticket first, then send us the relevant supporting documents, and we'll provide a voucher for the free ticket (subject to availability). Both tickets must be shown at entry.

Is there an age requirement?

All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

How long does the experience last?

Around 65 minutes with no interval. Doors open 30 minutes before the show, and latecomers cannot be admitted once it has started.

Is the concert indoors or outdoors?

The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating within your booked zone.

At Zunfthaus zur Zimmerleuten, Limmatquai 40, 8001 Zürich.

How do I get to the venue?

Take tram 4 or 15 to the Helmhaus stop.

Is food or drink available?

No food is served inside the concert hall, but drinks can be bought at the bar. You can also dine at the venue's restaurant before or after the concert — call ahead to book a table.

Is there parking nearby?

Yes, for example at Fraumünsterstrasse and Münsterhof, the Hohe Promenade car park, and at Utoquai and Urania.

Can I bring animals?

Pets aren't allowed, except for service animals — you'll need to fill in a form in advance.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the venue has wheelchair access.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No. Tickets are only available through the Fever app or website and must be purchased before you arrive.
