The architecture of the church in candlelight was absolutely gorgeous. The musicians were engaging and the music was beautiful. As a life long Taylor Swift fan, hearing the songs from when I was young played by the quartet brought my to happy tears at times 🤍

Easily one of my favourite concert experiences! The no phones until the last song policy is fantastic - nothing to distract us from the beautiful music and ambiance. Would HIGHLY recommend this experience and would most definitely go again!

The orchestra was simply magical and they transported me to the most relaxing and engaging Taylor Swift concert I could have been to! They are incredibly talented and would highly recommend this event to anyone looking for a much needed night out!

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play) — just log in with the same account you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your confirmation email.
What are the different ticket types?
The ticket page shows the different zones available for purchase. Zone A offers the best view, while Zone D may only have a partial view.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets aren't sold at the venue. All tickets must be purchased in advance through the Fever app or website (feverup.com).
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the show starts — just contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds aren't offered under any circumstances; check our T&Cs for more details.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before showtime, and latecomers won't be admitted once it begins.
Is this an indoor or outdoor venue?
This is an indoor experience with assigned seating.
Is there food or drinks available?
No food or drinks are sold at the venue — only bottled water is allowed inside the performance space.
Can I bring animals?
Animals aren't allowed, with the exception of service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes. For those with difficulty using stairs, Knox offers wheelchair access to both the Sanctuary and Geneva Hall through the Garden entrance on Elgin Street — the one with glass doors. A barrier-free restroom is available in Geneva Hall; just ask any usher for directions.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. You'll need a valid ticket of your own first, then contact us with supporting documentation, such as an Access 2 Card or another document depending on your needs. If you have any concerns about accessible seating, you can also reach us at hello@feverup.com.
Is there parking available?
Knox doesn't have its own parking lot, but there's plenty of parking nearby, some of it free. Parking on both sides of Lisgar Street is free on weekends and evenings — please leave the spots closest to the church available for those who might have more difficulty moving about. The City Hall parkade next door is available on weekends for $2.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
The experience is recommended for ages 8 and up. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult, and disruptive behaviour may result in being asked to step outside to preserve the experience for other guests.
