Such a fun evening! It was the perfect length and the performers were fantastic. The staff also definitely listens to reviews because I read from previous events that a spotlight was on and ruined the ambiance; happy to say that it was off for our performance and the candlelight aspect was fantastic. Definitely recommend going!

What a crowd of 30 something music lovers! The selections were perfect, Vibritory, emotional and evocative. The strings set the audience in a vibration that kept us with the music.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play) — sign in with the same login method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not sold at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive.
What are the different ticket types?
There are Zone A and Zone B tickets, with Zone A closest to the stage. Souvenir seat cushions can also be added during ticket selection or purchased on-site (card only, no cash accepted).
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Contact us with your ticket ID to request the change.
Are refunds allowed?
Refunds are only available if you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket. Otherwise, exchanges to another date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before the original event, subject to availability — contact us to make the change.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts 65 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show, and no entry is permitted once it starts.
What is a Flexible Cancellation Ticket?
Available for select events, it lets you request a refund or exchange your ticket if you can't attend. You can cancel it up to 48 hours before the experience starts (no documentation required), though it becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user. Refunds return the full ticket price minus the 10% flexible-ticket fee and can take 10+ days to appear on your statement; exchanges are issued as a voucher for the same event.

A free parking lot can be accessed from North Galvin Parkway and Papago Park Road, off Van Buren St.

Food and beverages may be available for separate purchase at the event.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can request 1 free companion ticket. You must hold a valid ticket first — contact us for more information once you've purchased yours.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor, and is seating assigned?
The experience takes place indoors, with seating assigned on a first-come, first-served basis within your zone. The Amphitheater is outfitted with metal bench seating.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes. The Phoenix Zoo provides an inclusive, seamless experience for all guests regardless of age or ability, and this venue is ADA compliant.
Do I have to wear a mask?
We encourage all attendees to wear a mask, though it isn't required. This policy is subject to change.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs bought online must be collected at the designated spot at the venue on the day of your event. Because they're tied to that specific date and location, all online Candle add-on purchases picked up on-site are non-refundable, non-returnable, and final.
