Come and learn how to spread, layer, tuck and roll your way to sushi heaven. In this fun, hands-on social cooking class hosted at Greg Doster Art Studio and Gallery in Dallas, you’ll learn all the skills needed to make sushi-rolls at home, including how to prepare sushi rice, select sushi-grade fish, and add additional tasty neta (ingredients) to enhance your dining experience. You’ll learn to make three types of sushi rolls: Chef Matt's own New York Bagel Roll (double smoked salmon, scallion cream cheese, and Everything But the Bagel seasoning), Summer Cucumber Roll with market inspired fruit and vegetables, and a Spicy Kani roll (avocado, garlic, and red chili).
