Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, logged in with the same method you used to purchase it. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
What are the different ticket types?
There are tickets for Zone A, B and C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be bought at the venue. All tickets must be purchased before the event through the app or website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've purchased your ticket, please send us the relevant supporting documents; we'll then provide you with a voucher for the free carer's ticket (subject to availability). You'll need to show your standard ticket together with the carer's ticket on entry.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 24 hours before the experience starts. Please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds aren't available under these terms; see our Terms & Conditions for more information.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
For selected events, the Flexible Refund Ticket lets you get a full refund if you decide not to attend — just contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. The ticket becomes non-refundable if it's transferred to someone else, and no documents are needed to request the refund.
Where is the experience taking place?
The experience takes place at Palais Coburg (Coburgbastei 4, 1010 Vienna).
How do I get to the venue?
By public transport: U3 Stubentor station, U1 Stephansplatz station, or tram line 2 to Weihburggasse. By car: turn left at Urania onto Stubenring, then after around 800m turn right onto Liebenberggasse, then take the first left onto Coburgbastei.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
Indoor · assigned seating.
Is food and drink available?
Palais Coburg has a varied culinary offering before and after the concert (not included in the ticket price). Find out more and book a table at https://palais-coburg.com/.
Is there parking available?
The first district around Palais Coburg is a short-stay parking zone, Monday to Friday 9am–10pm. There are several paid parking garages nearby.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible. Please drop us a short email at hello@feverup.com in advance so we can prepare everything.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, except for service animals. Please contact us via this form if you'll be accompanied by a service animal.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts 65 minutes, with no interval. Doors open 30 minutes before the show starts; late entry once it has begun isn't possible.
