Description
Come and express yourself through Sumi-e (or Suibokuga) ā an East Asian art form practiced for over a thousand years. Using the fewest possible strokes, Sumi-e depicts the spirit of an object rather than its outward appearance. In this contemplative class you'll learn the basics of ink-wash painting, guided step by step, and take your finished piece home. Ink, brushes, and paper are all provided. No experience needed.
