Amazing show!! I've been numerous times for different tributes, and I loved them all. Each show is the same quality(perfection). The show starts and ends on time - very prompt. The staff is always courteous. I would highly recommend attending for those with great music (string) appreciation or a romantic date night. Keep up the great work, team!! I'll be returning as always.

Absolutely loved it. Every song just sounded so good and the atmosphere was amazing.

This was such a lovely experience. I felt like I was a princess in a movie. Overall it was a peaceful, beautiful evening and can not wait to do it again!

The Barrel Room at Triple C Brewing Company is a spacious venue in Charlotte's South End neighborhood. It features a banquet hall, outdoor patio, and glass wall overlooking the brewery. The modern and industrial decor makes it a versatile space for weddings, concerts, or corporate events. With a premium sound system, projector screens, and 20 taps of Triple C beer and wine, it can accommodate up to 350 guests.

Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, which you can download from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also included in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID.

Are refunds allowed?

Refunds are not allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket, available for selected events. This lets you request a full refund, minus a 10% fee, up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please contact us for more information.

What different ticket types are available?

Tickets are sold by zone: Zone A (Premium Visibility), Zone B (Great Visibility), Zone C (Good Visibility), Zone D (Good Visibility), and Standing Room. Seating within your zone is assigned on a first-come basis.

Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket before applying; please contact us for more information.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
