Beautiful music. Not too long or too short, but still left wanting more songs. The candlelight was beautiful if not a little less than advertised. The venue certainly could not be beat! Gorgeous cathedral. Biggest complaint would be the awful blue/white light from the musicians’ ipads. It was way too bright and took away from the candlelight experience.

No refunds are allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket. Exchanges to another date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before the originally purchased event, subject to availability — please contact us to change your ticket.

What is a Flexible Cancellation Ticket?

If you added this option to your purchase, you can request a refund or an exchange up to 48 hours before the experience starts, with no documentation required. Refunds are credited to your original payment method (allow 10+ days) minus a 10% fee, or via voucher if you paid with a voucher. Exchange vouchers can only be used for the same experience. Note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if transferred to another user.

The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 1 hour before the show and close 5 minutes before it starts — late arrivals will not be permitted.
