Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the App Store or Google Play) — log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your confirmation email.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed unless a flexible cancellation ticket was purchased (see below). Exchanges to another date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of the originally purchased event, subject to availability — contact us directly to change your ticket.
What is the Flexible Cancellation Ticket?
An optional add-on (available for selected events) that lets you request a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend. You can request it up to 48 hours before the experience starts (the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user); no documentation is needed. A refund gives back the full ticket price minus a 10% fee for the flexible option, credited to your original payment method (10+ days to appear) or as a new voucher if you paid with a voucher; an exchange gives you a voucher of equal value to book a new date/time for the same experience.
When should I arrive / how long does the concert last?
The concert is 1 hour long. Doors open 75 minutes before your scheduled show time — arrive at least 30 minutes early, as seating within your zone is first come, first served. The show starts promptly and doors close once it begins; no late entry is permitted under any circumstances.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Can I bring in my own food and drink? Is food and drink available?
No outside food or drinks are allowed. Non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages are available for additional purchase — arrive early to enjoy a drink while exploring the museum.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Does this venue have disability access?
The venue is ADA compliant.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A: the first few rows closest to the stage. Zone B: the middle section between Zone A and Zone C. Zone C: the back rows.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free pass for their caretaker. Once you've purchased your ticket (a valid ticket is required first), contact us for more information.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is free parking in the front and side of the building.
Are photos and videos allowed to be taken during the performance?
No photography or video of any kind is permitted during the performance, except for the last song — photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Does the ticket include access to the museum?
Yes! The Candlelight ticket includes full access to all exhibits and both aircraft hangars. Museum staff will be available to assist and answer questions — we recommend arriving early to enjoy the full experience.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Lone Star Flight Museum, 11551 Aerospace Ave, Houston, TX 77034. Use the museum's main entrance — the box office is at the front desk in the center of the foyer.
What is "Candlelight Photo (Snapshot by Candlelight)"?
An optional photo experience for guests who purchase it: your photo is taken in a dedicated area before the show (the photo session ends 10 minutes before the concert starts, so arrive at least 30 minutes early), and you'll receive a printed polaroid-style picture to collect at the exit — pictures can't be kept for you afterwards. Subject to availability, it can also be purchased at the venue, by card only. Refunds are only given if the photo experience is cancelled for internal reasons.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As this add-on is tied to your specific Candlelight event date and location, all Candle 3-Packs purchased online and picked up onsite are non-refundable and non-returnable — all sales are final.
