You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the App Store or Google Play) — log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your confirmation email.

Can I change or get a refund for my ticket?

Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the experience starts — just contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

How long does the concert last?

The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the show — late entry is not permitted once it starts.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Is food served at the venue?

No, food is not served at this venue.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

St Stephen's Uniting Church, 197 Macquarie Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (opposite NSW Parliament House) — 300m from Martin Place Station and 900m from Wynyard Station.

What is "Snapshot by Candlelight"?

An optional photo experience for guests who purchase it: your photo is taken in a dedicated area before the show (the photo session ends 10 minutes before the concert starts, so arrive at least 30 minutes early), and you'll receive a printed polaroid-style picture to collect at the exit — pictures can't be kept for you afterwards. Subject to availability, it can also be purchased at the venue, by card only. Refunds are only given if the photo experience is cancelled for internal reasons.
