Me gustó la organización, el tamaño de la Sala, rodeada de árboles y pinos, aunque sean artificiales, pues las estaciones son alusivas a espacios boscosos. Los músicos de gran calidad, se agradece que los celulares permanecen guardados gran parte de la obra.

About the venueMexican History Museum

The Mexican History Museum in Monterrey is the most important historical exhibit in northern Mexico. It has more than 1,200 pieces that illustrate different aspects of life in Mexico from pre-Hispanic times to the 20th century. It also has a room for temporary exhibitions, a library-video library and an auditorium. Its building is of avant-garde architecture and has interactive consultation modules integrated to the tour.

What are the different ticket types available?

We have different zones depending on the desired visibility: Premium, A, B, C and D zones.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests who need assistance during the experience are entitled to request 1 free pass for their personal assistant. Once you've purchased your own ticket (a valid ticket is required before applying), please contact us with supporting documentation.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of your experience. Contact us with your ticket ID to request the change. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances; see our T&Cs for more information.

How long does the concert last?

The concert lasts approximately 65 minutes. No entry is permitted once the show has started (doors open 30 minutes before).

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
