Doors open before the concert and close shortly before it starts. Late entry is not permitted, so we recommend arriving early.

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
What ticket types are available?
There are tickets for Zone A, B and C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before attending the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you have purchased your own ticket, please send us supporting documentation. You will then receive a voucher you can use to purchase the free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note you must show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket at entry.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 24 hours before the start of the experience. Please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances; see our T&Cs for more information.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
For selected events, the Flexible Refund Ticket lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend. You can return it and get a full refund by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. No documentation is required, but the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts approximately 65 minutes, with no interval. Doors open 30 minutes before the start; latecomers cannot be admitted once the concert has begun.
Is there food and drink available?
Palais Coburg offers a varied culinary selection before and after the concert (not included in the ticket price). More information and reservations at https://palais-coburg.com/
Is there parking available?
The first district around Palais Coburg is a short-stay parking zone (Mon-Fri, 9am-10pm). Several paid parking garages are available nearby.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, except for service animals. Please contact us via this form if you'll be accompanied by a service animal.
Does the venue have disability access?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible. Please send a short email to hello@feverup.com so we can prepare everything.
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Where is the experience taking place and how do I get there?
Palais Coburg, Coburgbastei 4, 1010 Vienna. By public transport: U3 Stubentor station, U1 Stephansplatz station, or tram line 2, Weihburggasse stop. By car: at the Urania, turn left onto Stubenring, after approx. 800m turn right onto Liebenberggasse, then take the first left onto Coburgbastei.
