Join Strength in the City and step outside! Fuel your mind, body, and city as you're invited to step outside to move and mingle with your community. Follow Aubre Winters of Sweat Session and Dustin Hogue of Live Good Journey in their specially curated program for you to Step Outside and move with like minded individuals. There will be an optional (and encouraged) brunch after the class which is guaranteed to create a great chance to grow closer to your community and build friendships, are you going to miss it?
