It was really immersive more than I expected. The guide was efficient and told you what information would make this interesting. It truly about the ship itself no reference to passengers we know were on the fateful voyage. The only thing I caught was the officer in the lifeboat sweating - I thought he would have had a frosty looking face. It would have been interesting if you felt cold air blowing when you were in the open in deck but I would say it was very interesting.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, we can scan your ticket electronically on your phone. However, to make the map easier to read, you may print out your ticket. You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play ). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs .

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

How long does the experience last?

The immersive virtual reality experience lasts about 55 minutes. However, please allow about 1 hour total as you will need to drop off your personal belongings and pick up/return equipment.

Where is the experience located?

The experience is located on the 3rd floor of Germania Place, located at 108 W. Germania Pl, Chicago, IL 60610. Follow the signage in the lobby up the stairs and through the glass doors.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned and heated venue. You'll be nestled safely indoors where the air temperature is controlled—perfect for escaping the unpredictable whims of the outside world.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

Food or beverage will not be available for purchase inside the venue.

Is there parking available?

There is paid street parking available nearby on N. Clark Street, in the James-Kilmer garage at 1560 N Sandburg Terrace, or at one of the other garages within 3-minutes walking distance of the venue.

The minimum age authorized in the immersive virtual reality expedition is 10 years old. All children are the sole responsibility of their parent(s) and/or guardian(s). This is for the children's safety.

Can a person with a heart condition or epilepsy take part in the virtual reality experience?

No, unfortunately people with a heart condition or epilepsy cannot take part in our immersive virtual reality expedition.
