Love the atmosphere at St John's Cathedral, the candles make the experience of sitting and listening to two amazing artists play the amazing music of Fleetwood Mac. Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please make sure to log in using the same method you used to purchase your ticket. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the start of the experience. Please contact us with your ticket ID to request the change. Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law; see our Terms & Conditions for more information.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For extra help, contact us with your ticket ID.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts approximately 65 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show, and no entry is permitted once it has started.
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating. Please note the Cathedral does not have air conditioning and can get quite warm in the summer months, so feel free to bring a hand fan and dress accordingly. Seating is individual wooden chairs, so we recommend bringing a cushion for your comfort.
Is food or drink available at the venue?
No.
Is there parking available?
On-street kerbside meter parking on Ann Street is available only between 7pm and 10pm on weekdays (it's a clearway at other times). Secure paid underground parking is available at Cathedral Square Car Park, opposite the Cathedral. Limited onsite parking is available in the Cathedral Precinct on weekends or for special events.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I request a ticket for my carer or caretaker?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their caretaker. Once you hold a valid ticket, please contact us for more information.
Does the venue have disability access?
Yes. Disabled access to the Cathedral is via doors on the northern (carpark) side and the southern (St Martin's courtyard) side. For wheelchair assistance, please contact us ahead of time so we can notify onsite staff and be prepared for your arrival. Wheelchair seating is available in all zones.
What are the different ticket types?
VIP Experience offers a front-row seat with the best visibility. Zone A offers great visibility, Zone B good visibility, Zone C slightly restricted visibility, and Zone D restricted visibility.
What does my VIP Experience ticket include?
A Fast Pass to skip the queue through a side door, priority front-row seating shown to you by an usher, and a personalised Polaroid photo gift taken by staff in front of the stage before or after the show.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought in advance through the app or website (feverup.com).
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
What is "Candlelight Photo"?
It's an optional add-on that lets you have your photo taken in a dedicated area before or after the concert; venue staff will let you know where to go. You'll get a printed polaroid-style souvenir. It can also be purchased on-site, subject to availability, but online purchasers get priority; on-site purchases are card only. Refunds are only given if the photo experience is cancelled for internal reasons.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
