Absolutely love concerts at Sydney Masonic centre and especially Phoenix collective members ..Dan is always terrific and though it wasn’t the string quartet Dan played beautifully and the young man playing the piano was a great pianist ..we loved tonight thank you

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Please contact us with your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. For more information, check our Terms & Conditions.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For help, contact us with your ticket ID.

The experience lasts approximately 65 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the start time.

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. For Candlelight Kids programs, children from 4 years old can attend with an adult.

Is there parking available?

Paid parking is available nearby.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated in your purchased zone. The concert begins on time and the audience must already be seated. If you arrive late, out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be allowed to enter.

Can I sit together with friends?

Yes, you can sit together with friends if you arrive together and hold tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time and we will do our best to accommodate you.

What is "Candlelight Photo"?

Candlelight Photo is an optional paid add-on offering a photo taken in a dedicated area at the venue, printed as a polaroid-style souvenir (1 instant picture per purchase). It can also be bought at the venue if not sold out, though online buyers have priority. Photos are taken before the show, ending 10 minutes before it starts, so arrive at least 30 minutes early. You will receive a separate QR code by email to validate with the photographer, and you must collect your printed photo at the exit before leaving, as it cannot be kept for you afterwards.
