Opened in June 1996, the Pharmacy Museum offers you an attractive and unusual journey through 5000 years of health history. Secure your place now and set off to discover its vast collection, which includes objects of rare artistic, anthropological and scientific value, presenting a journey in which each civilization is portrayed through a narrative of combating disease and seeking healing and pain relief, from the first traces of life on earth to the present day. Between reconstructions and recreations, an Egyptian sarcophagus, a medical suit from the Black Plague, among many others, this is a Portuguese pharmacy, for sure!
