Whether you're a beginner or an advanced yogi, let yourself be guided personally by an experienced instructor into a state of relaxation. If you love yoga, this is your chance to check in with your thoughts and leave feeling refreshed!
- Everything was perfect! The instructor, the class, the people, the body burn, the workout, the sound meditation, the theater staff, and the Van Gogh experience!! Watching paintings come to life to see what my favorite artist saw through his eyes was nothing short of a childhood dream come true. All this during a guided, body flow, meditative movement was nothing short of perfection! Great night! Thank you to all who made this happen!
