Excellent performance! Very talented musicians playing a great collection of ABBA’s hits - highly recommended!

An amazing evening with such a talented family of siblings - worth the money and more. The setting in a church at night with 2,500 candles was brilliant - will go to another before the season ends!

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please make sure to log in using the same method you used to purchase your ticket. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the start of the experience. Please contact us with your ticket ID to request the change.

Are refunds allowed?

Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information.

How long does the experience last?

The concert lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is permitted once it has started.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Is food or drink available at the venue?

No food or drinks are available for purchase at the venue. Only bottled water is permitted inside the performance space.

Is there parking available?

The church does not have its own parking lot, but there is plenty of parking nearby, some of it free. Parking on both sides of Lisgar Street is free on weekends and evenings. Parking in the City Hall parkade next door is available for $2 on weekends.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

The experience is recommended for those 8 and older. To preserve the experience, disruptive behaviour may result in being asked to step outside. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I request a ticket for my carer or support worker?

Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free pass for their Personal Assistant or support worker. Once you hold a valid ticket, please contact us with supporting documentation (for example an Access 2 Card or another relevant document) to apply.

Does the venue have disability access?

Yes. For those with difficulty using stairs, the church offers wheelchair access to both the Sanctuary and Geneva Hall through the Garden entrance (the one with glass doors) on Elgin Street. A barrier-free restroom is available in Geneva Hall. Please ask any of the ushers for directions.

What are the different ticket types?

Zone A offers the best view, while Zone D may only offer a partial view.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought in advance through the app or website (feverup.com).

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
